About me

Thanks for visiting my blog. I am a London-based photographer and journalist, specialising in architecture and design.

I work for a wide range of clients, and also pursue my own photographic projects. This blog aims to give a flavour of all aspects of my work.

I'm also director of the design consultancy fuwagardner, working on design/communication commissions. In recent months we have been working with clients as diverse as Yamaha, 100% Design and interiors/architecture practice Project Orange.

An experienced journalist and writer, I am former editor of FX and features editor of Building Design. Since working for myself, I have contributed to many publications including Blueprint, Design Week, Frame, RIBA Journal and Kitchens Bedrooms & Bathrooms. I am also a member of the CABE writers' panel.

As well as being a fellow of the RSA, I am also a member of the Association of Photographers. I studied photography at London College of Communication and have a master's degree in civil engineering.
