The French Café, Balham/Tooting, designed by Platform

Here's a scintillating selection of my recent shots of The French Café, designed by Brighton-based consultancy Platform.

The 100-cover neighbourhood restaurant was completed to a tight budget and timescale, and incorporates a brand identity aimed to entice both male and female customers. A mixture of old, new and reclaimed materials and furniture was used to create the interior, which draws inspiration from wrought-iron Parisian railings and the hand-drawn signage of provincial eateries.

And if Time Out is to be believed, the food is pretty darn good too.
